Ingredients
500 ml vanilla yoghurt
250 ml smooth, fresh orange juice
2lb. fresh strawberries
4 oz. sugar
1 tsp ground Sichuan pepper
Directions
- Add the strawberries, vanilla yoghurt, sugar, and fresh orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the Sichuan pepper to the soup.
- Chill the soup for 60 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can garnish the soup with slices of fresh or freeze-dried strawberries, a swirl of yoghurt, or sprigs of mint.
